“Since the beginning of my career with DTE in 2022, I have lost out on over $30,000 in earnings. I worked 695 overtime hours in 2023 and currently 557 hours in 2024, yet I still bring home
less than my co-workers on the original pay scale who don’t work any overtime”.
Let’s get rid of the two-tier
pay scale!
